1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, purchasing tickets or merchandise, or otherwise using RAGESTATE (the website at ragestate.com and the RAGESTATE mobile app), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

RAGESTATE is not intended for users under 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for your account: keep your login credentials secure, and don't share your account or let others use it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (see Section 9).

3. Event Tickets & Entry

Purchases

Ticket purchases are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices, fees, and availability are shown at checkout. A completed purchase grants you a revocable license to attend the stated event — it is not a transferable security or an investment.

Entry

Each ticket carries a unique QR code, scanned once at the door. One ticket admits one person one time. Venues may impose their own entry requirements (age, ID, security screening, dress code); complying with them is your responsibility, and being denied entry by a venue for failing to meet its requirements does not entitle you to a refund.

Event changes

Event dates, lineups, and venues can change. If we cancel an event, you'll receive a full refund of the ticket price. If we materially change an event — a change to the date, the venue, or the headlining act — you may choose to keep your ticket and attend or to request a refund; we'll notify ticket holders at the email on their account with instructions. Minor changes are not considered material and do not entitle you to a refund, including set-time adjustments, changes to set order, and changes to supporting or undercard acts.

4. Ticket Transfers

You can transfer an unused ticket to another person from your account. How it works:

Claim window. The recipient receives a claim link and has 72 hours to accept the transfer. If they don't claim it in time, the transfer expires and the ticket stays with you.
Cancelling. You can cancel a pending transfer any time before it's claimed.
New ticket, dead old one. When a transfer is claimed, the recipient gets a new ticket with a new QR code — and your original QR code is permanently invalidated. It will not scan at the door.
What can't be transferred. Tickets that have been used, belong to past events, or already have a transfer pending.
Limits. Transfers are rate-limited to prevent abuse.

Transfers are free and meant to be person-to-person at face value. Using the transfer feature for commercial resale — selling tickets above face value — may result in cancelled tickets and account suspension.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Tickets

Tickets are generally non-refundable, except as described in Section 3 (event cancellations and material changes). We may offer transfers to other events or future credit on a case-by-case basis — contact us at least 48 hours before the event for any ticket-related concerns.

Merchandise

Merchandise returns are governed by our Return Policy: 30 days from delivery, items unworn/unused with tags and original packaging, proof of purchase required. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partners. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock issues — if we cancel, you'll be refunded in full. Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Your Content

RAGESTATE includes social features: a feed where you can post text, images, and video, and messaging between users. You own the content you post. By posting, you grant RAGESTATE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within our services — that's what lets your posts appear in other users' feeds. This license is limited to operating and providing RAGESTATE; we will not use your content in advertising or on our external brand channels without your separate, explicit opt-in.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.

8. Community Conduct, Blocking & Reporting

Don't use the feed or messaging to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post hate speech, sexually explicit material, or content that exploits minors
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Spam, scam, or send unsolicited commercial messages
Post others' private information without consent
Break the law or encourage others to

You have tools to protect yourself: you can block any user — blocked users can't message you or start conversations with you — and report any message, post, or user from within the app. Reports go to our moderation team for review.

We may remove content that violates these rules and suspend or terminate the accounts responsible. We don't pre-screen content, but we reserve the right to review and remove it.

9. Suspension, Termination & Account Deletion

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse other users, engage in fraud, or create risk for RAGESTATE or its community. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why. Termination doesn't entitle you to a refund of prior purchases.

By you

You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, login, content you've shared, media you've sent, and your saved payment details. Your identity is removed from shared spaces — conversations show "Message deleted," and completed orders are retained without your personal information where required for legal, tax, or moderation purposes. Valid tickets remain usable with the holder's identity removed. Residual copies in backups are deleted on a rolling schedule.
Deleting your account doesn't delete other people's chat history — the other person keeps their side of the conversation, with your identity removed.
Purchase records are retained for legal and accounting purposes (typically 7 years), as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

RAGESTATE, our logo, and our services (excluding your content) are owned by RAGESTATE, LLC and protected by trademark and copyright law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app and website as intended. Don't copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our services.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAGESTATE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Attending live events involves inherent risks, including crowded conditions, loud sound levels, strobe or lighting effects, and the actions of other attendees. To the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the risks inherent in attending an event. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

The Services are operated from California and directed to users in the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@ragestate.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for thirty (30) days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of RAGESTATE after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
